Buckets of Sunshine!!

The sun just kept on shining this weekend, what a great Easter! Soaked up a large amount of sunshine on Sunday with a local walk up Illgill Head & Whin Rigg, and then spent the rest of the afternoon and evening working the the garden.

Monday - headed out with the fell shoes again from Wasdale Head, to Styhead, Great Gable, Green Gable, Brandreth, Grey Knotts down to Honister, up Dale Head, and then reversed to Windy Gap, down Arran Slacks to Styhead, and then Wasdale. 

It seemed pretty quiet on the fells, although busy in the valleys. A beautiful sunny day again although there was a cool wind. Managed to stay in shorts and t-shirt only, but passed many walkers in woolly hats and fleeces.

Feeling a lot stronger of late, all these big days are making a difference, so its time to put the training into action and finalise the support team asap!
